What kind of issues are you having?

Just some terrible customer service. Demanding payment be made within 3 hours of placing the order (ok, fine) but not shipping until a full day later and I had to ask for the tracking number. Spent a decent amount of money there too cuz my normal supplier is on holidays.

I dunno, maybe I just have high expectations because of the service I'm accustomed to with my suppliers.

Is it just me, or is it unbelievably rude not to mention terribly unprofessional to tell an unhappy customer "I'm sorry you feel that way" ?!?!? AND offer no resolution whatsoever?

Can you hear my blood boiling???

I need a drink

Hey Gritti - hope you had a chance to have that drink!

The 3 hour payment thing is actually quite normal with etransfers. Most things you order online have to be paid for before the order is completed. You go through an online check out and end up on a secure page that asks for your credit card info.

With etransfers, you make an order then independently make the payment. The same software is used though - so an online store deducts and holds the items you ordered (so no one else can order them at the same time). Most ecig vendors allow 3 or sometimes 6 hours for payment - unless you are a regular they know will pay in time for the next shipping deadline.

Make sense?

It's not pitchfork worthy, imo. I've had experiences from other suppliers that while they don't warrant a negative review, they did encourage me to shop elsewhere. That's kind of what this sounds like.

I always pay with EMT within minutes of placing my order. I don't know why anyone would wait longer than 3 hours anyway... and unless I paid for xpress post, waiting a day or two before shipping doesn't phase me either.

I do dislike the phrase "I'm sorry you feel that way." It's a fake apology. I don't think it's malicious or anything, I just don't think some people realize it's a bit patronizing... to apologize, and then suggest it's not them, but rather the expectations of the customer that are askew.

KK, my issue isnt with making payment within 3 hours... that's standard, I get that and always pay immediately. I've been vaping for about a year now so I fully understand how etransfers work. :)

My issue is that the vendor received my payment in the early afternoon but didn't bother to ship my order until a day later. From a customer perspective, I expect the same promptness in which I provided payment.
