Randy's is a company that produces rolling papers that contain a wire so that a clip is not needed when burnt to the end.
At my local smoke shop, I inquired about purchasing a PV. The helpful salesman referred me to the Randy's model they had in stock due to the affordable price (in retrospect, not so affordable) and the fact that it used common sized carts. I shelled out my $90 after tax and went on my way. About a month in, one battery died on me, complete short out. Charges but won't auto on the draw. 2 days later the other battery died doesn't react at all. Reading through the postings here, I suspect that a leaky cart caused the short, but that doesn't matter.
DO NOT buy THIS PRODUCT!
I sent an email to the manufacturer at the email address listed on the box (since the website had zero information on this product, only on their rolling papers) zero response from them. Sent another email a week later, no reply to that one either.
Now, I'm not unreasonable, the question I emailed to them was a simple "Hey, this thing busted, do you guys sell replacement batteries?" I wasn't asking for a free replacement, refund or anything that should have been an issue.
Bad customer service is one thing ... not replying at all is another.
