@OP: people probably mentioned it, but the Twist is hands-down better than the regular ego. Also, you want the 1.8 Ohm heads for your clearo, not 2.4. Both will allow you to go low enough (with the twist) that you won't taste anything, and with the 1.8 you can go just a bit past what I think is starting to taste burnt……with the 2.4Ohm, the twist tops out in the middle of what I consider the usable range for a lot of what I've put on it.
And I agree, you want some atomizers to test juices before you commit to something. In addition, they do just work (even if dripping is a PITA). When one of my tank thingies (901-T) started flooding and my last carto died, I had to switch to dripping to keep vaping until more cartos came in. Always have a couple lying around. Even if you end up not liking dripping, they're always there and they'll always work (well…until they burn out). Don't bother with atomizer cartridges, they suck.
And when you find a juice you like, just go order 30-50ml of it immediately. You'll find more than one, but you don't want to run out of juice you like–even if it's not your favorite–just in case you don't like the rest of the stuff you haven't tried yet.
Also, when you're ordering juice……especially if you use cartomizers……ask the vendor to send some extra plastic baggies with your order. Vapor Alley did it without thinking, and they really help to organize things and remember which juice goes with which carto.
Also…you need drip tips. They cost like $1.50-$3 for normal ones, and you need a few…they also help organize things, so get some you like the look of.
If you want clearomizers, I'd honestly suggest buying 1 each of several different kinds…people have really mixed experiences with them. I like the Vivi Nova, but it took like a week to get used to, and I'm not having any of the horror stories that kept me off clearos with it……but I'm sure that won't be the case with everything. I wouldn't bother with replacement heads until you find one you like, but order some as soon as you decide you like it.
There's nothing worse than finding something you like right before you run out of supplies for it.
