Yes but you should look into picking up a ohm meter. A legit kayfun will cost you 90$. I own three and they are well worth it. a kayfun clone will cost you 30-40. I snagged a clone for a buddie and it isn't that bad of a rba. A genesis style atomizer can be finicky to get going right but they are worth it. Also a squape or a taifun might be worth looking into.

Will that work with the electronic tesla mod?

A Kayfun style rebuildable tank atomizer would work great on a regulated mod like the Tesla. The Kayfun is a flavor machine and a relatively easy setup for a beginner.

You won't be able to do sub-ohm coils on a regulated mod, but that's ok with a Kayfun, which works best with ohms in the 1.3 - 2.0 ohm range anyway. A genuine Kayfun can be hard to find and be expensive ($90+), but there are clones available for 1/3 that.

Genesis are finicky at first and require a learning curve+practice. When you finally get it right and figure out the build that works to your liking, they have potential to blow Kayfun's out of the water.

That's been my experience, and I'm sure it's not been the experience of a fair chunk of the others, but they are capable of impressive flavor and vapor combined into a nice package. The Pyrex RSST has been my favorite thus far, inexpensive and easy to build on for a beginner. Pyrex RSST quality is much greater than that of the original RSST too
