I'm looking around for a Rebuildable dripping atomizer and am somewhat settled on the Trident, I'm going to be using this on a MVP v2 and I thought I read somewhere that it had to be above a certain ohm resistance to fire correctly, can't remember what it was. Also when wiring up a dual coil how do the ohms add up say I wrap a .75 ohm coil and another connect them both on the posts is that a 1.5 ohm build? Still kinda new to the rebuildables

no big deal. You can simply take a small flat tip screw driver and coax the center pin of the MVP up ever so slightly and it should make contact just fine. Had to do this on my wife's so it would work with her RDA. It takes about 10 seconds.

BTW, as others have said, making dual coils will half the resistance of your over all build. I know it seems backward but think of it this way. You will be doubling the path the electricity has to follow. Also keep in mind that the MVP has about a 3 amp limit so if you go too low, it either won't fire or simply won't deliver the power you want.

I've never been very happy with my dual builds on the MVP, but single coil builds can be pretty rocking. Hope this helps.
