Sweet I am daydreaming of a drip free life already
So was i, and since then I've fallen down the squonking rabbit hole lol. People weren't joking when they say they got one and it was down hill from there. I just started and I'm on my 3rd mod in under 2 months.

I know this type of talk doesn't necessarily belong here but I know you folks will appreciate it. I just picked up an Avocado from a local shop, I am really liking it. I got a free clone Haze with my RX200 & meh. Flavor was good but it was built like junk. The Avocado is really nice, great air, machined well & has GREAT flavor. I did a twisted 28awg SS 316L vertical build, 3.5mm with the single coil plug in.

I am so impressed with Geek Vape, they are killing it. If you're in the market for a Geni style tank definitely check it out.

Man, I freaking love the avocado. Absolutely stellar tank for the money.

The Avocado is great. I actually prefer it to the Griffin now. The flavor and vapor are outstanding. It's easy to build thanks to the Velocity deck. Wicking is a bit finicky but after a couple of builds I have it down pat. Looks-wise it's simple and clean which I like. Price-wise it's amazing. The only con is that it guzzles juice and only holds 3ml (I think) of juice.

All over the place
So @Mr.Mann , are you giving the nod on the evolve? Think I'm going to pick one up, I'm really digging the price for an authentic made in the USA.

It depends on how you like to build, but if you like to go low in resistance, I say it's a definite 'go'! Nod: :nun:

Not to veer too far off into BF Mod land after reading a little more I think the Kanger Dripbox is fixed at 60 watts which wouldn't work for me since the extracts I have are better at lower power. So, I'm still curious as to how y'all like it but, I may wait and see if there's a version 2 with adjustability.

In other news, the Hobo has landed and is waiting for me to get home.

I haven't paid a lot of attention to it but I thought it was straight unregulated battery voltage.

Pics of the 3.1 please I ordered one from viper also 8) I still need to grab the naRDA BF pin for it however I heard the fit is a roll of the dice can anyone who has used the naRDA BF pin weigh in on how good it wprks with the hobo v3.1

On to the dripbox i cant believe kanger would shoot themselves in the foot like that fix it at 60watts especially on single 18650 mods i build so that 35-45 watts will provide a nice warm vape because even with lg hg2 3000mah batteries 60 watts is going to eat battery life fast

Seems odd to me that they are using a fixed output of 60 watts but the reviews that I have watched all claim that. I ordered one just to try it out, I've spent $30 on worse, if anything maybe with the proper build it will be lower output? Seems like they did a mech with some safety aspects & they claim it go as low as .2 leaving me to believe that a higher build will equal less watts? Time will tell.

Well it looks like the bf pin for the Narda is sold out dammit I should have picked it up as soon as I grabbed the v3.1

Anyways how does everyone feel about the Petri v2 ? I like mine however it whistles until it gets a little condensation and then goes away so not a big deal the vape draw feels very smooth and slightly restricted. Its decent just not as good as its hyped in my opinion. Decent flavor and I only have the stock cap but the vapor production seems decent also. I have tried a 316l fused Clapton build and also a fused n80 core Clapton build I think my mistake is I'm building to low in it between .16-.2

On the p67, does the black slider thing on the 510 post come off? Is it protecting something?

Its a lock switch, slides across to block the battery from making contact. Not sure if it comes off as I haven't taken mine apart.

I've put all types of builds on it, and the 60 watt thing I don't get cause with any build above .40 isn't powerful enough. I'm looking at this device like you said, it's basically a mech with some safety features thrown in, like an unregulated mod with a mosfet. And I'm pretty sure the build it came with in the rda was supposed to be a .20 but I just checked and it's a .34. It says it can handle to .20 or it won't fire, but we all know if you throw a .20 on it the battery won't last long but the vape will be good, it's like any higher of a build is the same on any other mech device the higher you go the weaker the vape.

So you have noticed it hitting weaker with a higher resistance build then? That would make sense if they are in fact just saying MAX output is 60w vs ALWAYS outputting 60w. Again, basically a mech with a safety feature or two....

Where did you hear that? Lol. In my opinion, Hoberto and Nareg are damn near the same people. I was told by both of them to use the Narda BF pin for my hobo 3.1, I've been using it for a little over 2 weeks now and it's flawless. Don't be discouraged by whatever you read, trust me it fits and it works great!

Yes, definitely. It hits considerably weaker with a higher ohm build on it. Right now I am just choosing to use my NarDA with a single coil at almost 1 ohm, but the ramp up is fine cause it's a single coil. I put my Pancake on it with dual coils at .55 ohms and it's ok but it's not what I prefer. Still a nice vape, but weak. I put my hobo 3.1 on it that has duals as well but there fused Claptons at .30 ohms and it works nice but again, the ramp up sucks cause there fused claptons. Personally around a .30 ohm duals I think would suite me perfectly but I've been lazy and haven't built them yet lol.
