. Not to derail this thread, but. How do you like the paps v4? I'm thinking of picking one up. Does it hold up to lower builds?
I like it, but don't use it much. I've got so many toy's that I forgot sometimes what I have, lol. When I do use it I usually don't build much lower than .4 or so. Seems to vape just fine though with this build though. The switch is so friggin nice though! Very little effort needed, almost like a touch sensor. My v3 switch is beautiful too, can't beat the quality of of these mods!

There's a learning curve with any equipment.
But I have tried a little bit, and cannot be happy with a tank any more - my favorite setup is a mechanical squonkbox.
I find it more forgiving with builds and wick - I always used to have trouble with tanks that couldn't "keep up" wicking, or else would leak - FAR more "fiddling" with tanks if you ask me.
And I've wiped a couple drops out of the inside of a mod - in the past year - cuz I didn't have it threaded on perfectly. Once I also squonked like 4 times forgetting to vape in between, and got a little dribble of juice out an airhole. That's about it.

Bottom line - there are some really advanced vapers who squonk, it's just not the most common gear. Be proud of it!
Thanks so much for your opinions on not only squonkers, but on these two peas in a pod at my local brick and mortar. As the one who worked there tried to tell me I'll never be content with it, he kept saying wait till we get the kanger drop box, or showing me this little dropper that you just press against and rda cap to drip easier. I'm good at turning all these things down, and I know what I want, but these two really tried to make me stray away from it. At least they succeeded in getting in my head a bit.

Anybody else gotten their NoPity or Velocity V2 RDA's yet?

No. I ordered my NoPity from HardCoreVapers in Italy, on the 24th of March, and mine hasn't even shipped yet. Kinda tells me they sold out, and are just planning on holding my money until the next shipment comes in.

I even ASKED them on the 30th, if it had shipped, and their response was "Your order has been updated to the following status: Processing". Ticks me off really, if it was sold out, and is now just a PRE-order, I think I have the right to know that. I'm pretty sure I'm going to tell em to put it where the sun don't shine.

Reports of easy leakage are disheartening to me. It's one thing if I do something dumb like overfill, or lay it on it's side, but it sounds like it can be prone to just running off the coil when dripped, and down into the air flow holes? I'm getting sick of being leaked on by things. I don't think I'm willing to let someone hold my money and make me WAIT to get leaked on..

Got mine from Vapinart.com a few days after it released. They shipped pretty fast. No leakage that I can report, in fact the tolerances are so tight that unless the inside of the cap rings are oiled, it's damn tough to take off. Like nearly all bottom Airflow attys since the Kennedy, it likely condensation build-up under the atty. I put Vulcan Heat Fins on all my Authentic's so I really have had no issues.

The machining is as good as Avid's which I didn't think was possible, but it is 316L Surgical SS. One downside is that I was excited to use the Helicoidal Cloud Cap, but guess what? Even though the Cloud cap is pictured in about every stock photo worldwide, it doesn't come with it, even though Vape360 implied and even some resellers claimed that everything is the pictures are included. NoName confirmed to me via Facebook that it is a 20Euro ($23) accessory, which I bit the bullet and ordered it from Vapinart today.

Picked up a Subzero locally yesterday for 50 bucks - couldn't resist.

I'm loving it. Was worried about leakage as I have not had good luck with bottom air flow, and I did get a lot of juice coming out of the air holes on my first drip, but now that I have the hang of it, well, it is fantastic. What a great performer, and very well made. I saw a review where the dude gave it a negative because the airflow adjustment turned too easily, but really not an issue for me as I don't see how you could inadvertently "bump" it out of your prefered position. Maybe if you pocket it, but I don't

I'm running a simple dual 24ga 3mm 7-wrap and its been great on my series regulated BJ box. Bonus is that any standard 22mm chuff cap will fit it:

I picked up a Twisted Messes Squared this week. Even though I've only been using for about 5 days, I know undoubtedly it's a keeper ! Very smooth inhales, no spit back, easy to build, nice airflow, great flavor, no leaking. I built a simple 28 ga twisted dual .60 ohm. It looks sick on my Cuboid too ! I could probably go on, but today is juice making day, so I gotta get to it. Have a great day y'all !

I'm wanting to add a Compvape to my collection. Either the TWv2 or the 13Heavens 9Hells. Love those 3mm post holes on the 13H9H.

Despite it not being 24mm I've been very tempted to pick up this and maybe a dotmod v2 to run on some dual parallel 18650 mechs that I have yet to buy. I tell myself I don't need any of this gear I'm eyeing but it won't be long before I have a "Thank you for your order" email in my inbox.

Got my chowderheaded Stumpy in yesterday too. All the good press is warranted. Digging it very much!

Got mine in yesterday too and I love it! Built up in under 10 mins, one of the easiest rda's I've built in a while. That's why I love the 2 post rda's. I thought I'd never say this about one of his products but almost every rda I have is literally blowing the Drifter clean out of the water, not a fan of that thing at all.

I have to confess I"m a complete idiot sometimes...well, often. I got the Stumpy built, put the cap on but, couldn't get the tip in! Sent Tom an email then had breakfast and a "morning nap." Woke up and looking at it realized it had that other little insert in the cap. Took that out and the tip fit! Sent Tom another email explaining my idiocy. Really good flavor from this thing!

Wow hahaha lol. Yeah I could see that happening. I like how the whole rda fits together, the tolerances are really nice and the best part it doesn't leak. Like the Derringer suffered from leaky airholes, I couldn't stand that and this doesn't have that problem. I hated the price and personally think it coulda been cheaper for what it is but I'm not upset about it either.

Mine was super tight, so Andrea told me to either use one red o-ring or one black. I am currently using one black o-ring (bottom) and it's much easier to take off, but now I have a harder time unscrewing the atty from the mod unless I take off the top cap. It's a trade-off, but one that was easy to make.
