Listen, you don't even KNOW its your kidneys. You think it is, and you're not a doctor. You're also convinced its from vaping, but you don't know that. The pain may have lessened whether you vaped or not. And now that you've decided they are connected, you've created a psychological condition where every time you vape, you're going to expect pain, which may or may not be real.
You need to see a doctor, and tell him/her everything going on. Let them run tests and figure out what it is.
The problem here is yes, every time a new vaper gets sick s/he blames the vaping. People can and do develop medical problems despite vaping

They develop them at any time in their lives, and they can seem to come out of the blue.
I developed acute pancreatitis from a gallstone. I didn't realize I had passed any then because they were so small. One went into the pancreatic duct. I was an athletic, healthy 35 year old. It turned into chronic pancreatitis. I'm not a candidate for chronic pancreatitis. It largely affects men. Black men more than white. It also largely affects alcoholics. I am a white woman who does not drink. My point is, statistically I shouldn't have this disease. But, I do, from a freak thing.
Go to a doctor! Unless your fun is in trolling a forum and this is BS. If its not BS, we can't help you. A doctor can.
