I went to order a Prodigy today...Kept seeing those logos on people signatures and finally decided to join in on the fun.

I go to the web site and see a Protege, without reading much, I just assumed it was the next version. Yes, I am that stupid apparently.

I place the order and then I read, see above. Realizing I really want a Prodigy, I send them a trouble ticket request asking to change my order.

That just the half of it, I tell them I need an 801 and I really need a 901. Another ticket sent.

I did all this within 20 minutes of ordering and they have an area to "Chang or cancel" order, but apparently it was in processing.

Do you think they will get my change and change? Or am I SOL?
