IMHO anytime you compare anyone with Rob you're going to be disappointed.

+1 !!
Comparing Rob's customer service with anyone else's is like comparing a SL, SO, LP, Brass Door, Grand to a EGO twist!!! :)
^^This is the only thing I'm saying^^
My name is kay/oldbroad. It was my post/opinion about RBS/Rob. I stand by my statement...and i happen to adore Rob/redeyedancer.

This was based on my personal exchanges with Jeremy.

I know Kay I just didn't get the same service. Maybe he didn't get the first message from me I don't know. I won't hold it against him and will do business with him. I'm very happy for you and your excellent experience. Also Jeremy is to be highly commended for looking out for his customers by not taking things back that could have been contaminated.

Raynman.... thank you for this....and believe me when I say that our Rob is the top banana and always will be......well except for Elvis...but even Rob calls him the king:laugh:

And I'm sorry that your first experiences with Jeremy were not top-notch for you. Since he's new to this business of his, maybe he isn't sure how to deal with CC's. At any rate, i hope any future dealings with him will be up to par for you.

I built an infinity coil. Eight wraps of 28 ga kanthal and 2 mm rxw. Comes out right at about 1 ohm. This lets the bottom end rest against the deck. So far I really like it. Also was really easy to thread through the coils since they were half the length as normal.

It is the YK1 from Fasttech. It is a really nice little clone. I just got the 2mm and was getting a flooded coil. With the concave deck I had the coil really low since the tails did not droop down. I had seen this build in another thread and figured I could push the ends down into the well.
I also was regretting not getting the 3mm as I felt like I wanted a thicker vape. This allowed me to get more wick in there and it seems like I am getting a richer vapor.

I just want everyone to know that an Email I sent to Jeremy did not go through as I thought it did. So there was a misunderstanding on my part. Jeremy has tried to help me out and I want to apologize to him in this forum for my misunderstanding of the issue I had with him. He has gone above what most would do to make things right. And I thank him for that.

I know things like that can frustrate me too. Glad to hear it's getting worked out. The USPS is the one that gets me hopping mad.

Very cool update….I am glad both parties were able to square up with each other and make things right.

Are you using it as a pure dripper or did you modify it for BF? If modified, care to add details?

Whatever I did with this coil, it's perfect. Just took a chance in work and dry burned it.... The damn think is clean! No blackened area, and it tastes fresh again. I hope this coil never breaks! Lol cyclone was tension wrapped 28 ga on ready wick is awesome!

Don't you just love the xc!!??
Believe me, you can do the same thing in 2 weeks and it will STILL look clean and new! :)
Did you see the ReadyxWick video where they completely burn off motor oil and comes out white as new? VERY impressive.
I love it, even better than the old XC-132 that I used to use from another vendor as I have been a user of this since last year.

I modded it to bottom feed. The center post pushes out and there is a plastic insator around it (really tight around it). I put it in a bench vise and tapped out the center post. I used a Dremel to cut two grooves in the pin. There is a lot of plastic on the insulator so I cut off about 1-2mm so it sits just below the deck. With the concave deck it makes a kind of small drain. Squonk a easy and drains well. Push pin back in and vape away! Took about 10mins. :vape:

Edit:btw I removed the plastic insulator from the center pin to do this. That was the hardest part with this particular atty.

That can't possibly be USPS' fault. Probably something with Customs. My Kayfun (ordered from Intaste) was held up at Customs for a period, too. USPS doesn't control Customs.

Usps is terrible. My chalice screws have been sitting in New York for 2 months
