Update, I was finally able to get a cheaper shipping quote after three password resets, but I was so mad by then I did not order anyway. BTW, from this thread a while back I posted this
flavorah pulled their bing cherry and was supposed to send me a replacement, (never did) side note, they made me mad with that one!! BTW Rainer sucks. Called and asked spoke to the owner never received. so.
Edit I got a surprise in the mail today:thumbs: I opened it and the invoice said 1 cherry pie filling and 1 Rainer cherry. dug through the nicely packed box of styrofoam peanuts and found 1 15ml, of Rainer Cherry. It was nice of them to finally replace Bing Cherry, but I was really hoping to find that cherry filling in there. oh well you win some and you lose some.

I was gonna place a order and I have about 10-12 flavors in the cart the shipping from a state away is over $20, sorry Walt but that just blew not only the 20% off but the order too. I am a state away! they are not in tomorrow, so it will ship Monday or Tuesday at the earliest meaning add 3 days to that maybe next Friday... sorry to be a bummer had at bad day a work and just wasted more time trying to remember the long a.. password from last time.
That's weird as 14 bottles to Canada was only $17.

I think the site is screwy though. My recent order went thru with no shipping charges (customer arranges shipping option) and I tried to select the $17 shipping a few times. I was supposed to see an invoice for the shipping but havent seen it. Holidays and the big sale, so I expect they are swamped.

Cool that you got it fixed though!

No, It was not a RF flavor, It is Flavorah , that I did not care for. In a earlier discussion about cherry flavors. You would think by the name it would be good, but I have not found a use for it yet.

Gotcha, good from far but far from good flavor

I started using Real Flavors sc extracts 2 months ago. Sample mixes at Fozzy71(Thank you/all provided info/notes here/elsewhere) suggested 2% single flavor, 20ml, tested weekly. The flavors, Banana, Blueberry, and Cream, all tasted as expected and at that % great starting point for further mixes. The banana and blueberry are very strong but flavor fades with time (2.5weeks+). The cream is spot on after week 2 and seems to get better. Just mixed all three; ban .5%; bb .5%; cream 1% the cream was mixed 2 weeks before the addition of the ban and bb. Final mix 20/80 pg/vg. In 2 weeks it should be prime.....we shall see

The flavor fading issue is what worries me , i suffer enough waiting weeks for something to steep , the last thing i need is waiting patiently only to find out my mix tastes like i'm vaping unflavored lol.

That is why I let the cream steep for 2weeks before adding the other flavors. From what I've read the fruit fades and the creams/yogurts ect need steep time. So my thought was let cream steep then add fruit letting them both reach peak at same time. In theory.

Ugg, one of the main flavors I ordered was Strawberries and Cream SC. So by your statement this flavor should go in both directions as it ages

I have no experience with RFSC mixed flavors ie. strawberries & cream. Only single flavors. I would think that the company compensates for steep time for both flavors. Example: add 25% more SB than cream so SB still has great flavor when the cream peaks. What I've read they have done that. Everything depends on final mix percentages and end user tastes

There is a lot of discussion over on elr right now about the suggested percentages likely being lower than ideal for vaping purposes for some of the flavors. This could account for some of the flavor fade people find with some flavors. I haven't noticed it yet but I haven't vaped any fruits beyond a month yet. I do have some franken-testers in the steep cabinet but I don't think any of them are all fruits mixed together. Currently vaping some french toast at 3.5% from last october that is great.

Has anyone here tried the Fruit COPYRIGHTDMCA SC?

I have this in the queue for the next batch of 7 to test. I am hoping to get it mixed up this week along with sugar cub, milk, sweet potato, peanut butter, hazelnut and rice pudding.

Anyone get scratchiness in their throats with any of the Real
Flavors SCs?

I am finding that DF Cookies and cream (2%) gives me a slight throat soreness and makes me cough.

ONLY juice that I have tried out of hundreds that do this. Maybe it is the chocolate or something else ingenerally don't vape? Weird!

PG/VG/NIC is the same as usual...

Oh, I need to add that there was a screwup with shipping on my last order (the $17 shipping charge wasn't added to my order) and wasn't super pleased when the manual invoice came thru at $25. I WAS super pleased that I recieved my order from Florida to Toronto in less than 24 hours though. :thumb:

how long has it steeped? I get it with some flavors I tested that haven't steeped 3 - 4 weeks yet. I assume it is the alcohol not yet having had time to breathe off since I no longer let them breathe for 1 - 2 hours after mixing like I used to when I first started with the RF SC.

Couple weeks. I was thinking it could possibly be the alcohol. Thx.

Do you have any suggestions on what percentage I should mix the fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA?

I will be testing mine at 3% later this week based on this from the recipe site:

Percentages in recipes
Average mixing quantity: 3.1% (Median: 3%)
Minimum used quantity: 2%
Maximum used quantity: 4%

I'm testing, now, Conana. A net tobacco Cohiba @10%; RFsc banana 1%; base 20/80 pg/vg; no nic. Banana was tested @ 2%(same base) before mixture above. I personally could NOT Vape until week 3. Overpowering flavor/alcohol(?). I find RFsc work best for myself because I NET tobacco. Mixing any tobacco flavorings need steep time. I find that 1 month+ are satisfactory. Testing the single flavors became good 3rd-4th week. Banana was great week 4 but week 6 smoothed out. Nothing missing except the greety mouth feel and the peel when you actually eat one.
