Nontheless, I dont have much time on my hands due to shifting, Can anyone please tell me the ideal percentages for these flavors that theyve used on. So that I can use your recommendations and just mix an put it to steep while I shift.

All mine have the recommended % right on the label but a quick search on their site will render the info you need too.

those recommended percentages are for use in food. many on that recipe site I can't mention have been experimenting with higher percents and having good success. I haven't ventured above 3.5% total flavor yet in a mix but I am planning to test a recipe at 3.5, 5 and 7 percent to see if I may want to start going above my 3.5% norm.

I am also planning to test this recipe that get's great reviews so far:

Bust-a-Nut v1 (RFSC)
4.00% Butter Pecan (FW)
2.50% Hazelnut (Real Flavors)
2.00% Sweet Cream (Real Flavors)
1.75% Bavarian Cream (Real Flavors)
1.00% Marshmallow (Real Flavors)
0.25% Liquid Stevia (Pyure)

which is a lot more RF SC than I would have thought to use, at a lower percentage like this:

Bust-a-Nut v2 (RFSC)
1.30% Hazelnut (Real Flavors)
0.90% Sweet Cream (Real Flavors)
0.75% Butter Toffee (Real Flavors)
0.55% Bavarian Cream (Real Flavors)
0.25% Liquid Stevia (Pyure)

subbing butter toffee for butter pecan until walt finally releases a butter pecan in the RF SC line.

Yeah they do, Its a small Dropper bent inside the bottle top.
Walt_RealFlavors

Dropper thing?! I wonder if they had a rebottled one or something. We never ship with droppers or any type of cap that is made for dispensing. Humm...

Tried my 1 month steeped RF SC Hazelnut mixed at 2.5%.( IMO Capellas Hazelnut is much better.)

I added some also steeped RF SC Bourbon to the tank. Now this stuff is really good. Made a big improvement in the Hazelnut.
that sounds tasty, how much bourbon did you add?

I didn't measure but about 1/3 of the tank.
thanks, I haven't used the bourbon a lot but I recall liking it at ranges as low as 0.25% in recipes as well as my 1.0% SF tester. I think I will start with 2.5% hazelnut and 1% bourbon but might need to try 3%/0.5% as well. Just looked up suggested percents for bourbon:

Percentages in recipes
Average mixing quantity: 1% (Median: 0.6%)
Minimum used quantity: 0.3%
Maximum used quantity: 2%

    15% ABC -RF
    3% Custard - INW
    Steep 4 weeks

This is an adv for me for several months now. I've never used RF Custard. INW is my go to because I like the thick, eggy flavor & texture.

Another question. I just received the SC ABC. How would you mix this with the SC version??

Just received the INW Custard also so I'll be mixing your recipe with the VG ABC I have left.

General rule of thumb is they are about 4 times more concentrated than the VG versions. There is no info on that flavor over on the recipe site and I haven't bought it yet, though I hope to eventually, so I would suggest you do some single flavor testing before you start mixing it in recipes. If you choose to skip the testing I would suggest you give it a try at 2 or 2.5% in that mix.

Can't believe you haven't tried the ABC. I think it's the best flavor they have:)
They only just released it in RF SC and I am trying to hold off buying more flavors as I have nearly 70 already. That is enough to mix something like 50+ liters of juice which will take me 10+ years to vape and the flavors will only last 3 - 4 years in the fridge....

I have the last of my VG ABC in rotation right now mixed with RF VG Apple Pie.

    Bourbon Apple Pie RF VG
11.00% Apple Pie VG (Real Flavors)
7.00% Aged Bourbon Cream VG (Real Flavors)

Ah ha-so you have tried it!! Just not in SC
yes, I loved the VG version so it is high on the list for future orders from walt. Hopefully the SC version is as good as the VG version. I do have the SC Bourbon flavor and a number of their creams so I was going to try making my own stone/base using the Bourbon and one of the creams but I am not sure if I should use regular cream, bavarian cream, sweet cream.... so I have to do some testing with all 3 and find the right cream then the right ratio of bourbon to cream.
