sooner or later "they" are going to figure out that us mortals don't need or want anything more than 200W. At the same time they will figure out what we need is accuracy, battery life, and most importantly FORM FACTOR.

Somebody come up with mods that are not that much larger than their batteries already...

I know people do vape at 200w but its not a regular thing IMO. They do it too show off, impressed the gals, prove how big their um well you know isnt, that sorta thing. Ive not met anyone that vapes at 200w all the time and never will I am sure. I know, I know for the guy who is going to rebuke my claims and says oh hey you, I vape at 200w all day. This is the internet and I believe not in any bragging rights unless iz can see it. This thing is a high power box with a novelty addition of doing 300w. I dont see anything wrong with peeps owning them as long as its used smart and not dumb. If they have fun cranking it up to 300w every once in awhile who am I to say whats fun and whats not fun cause we are all different.

Rock the house for me cause my lung cant take anything over 60w!

:D

Way back in 1988, I bought a new Mustang GT. 0 to 60 in around 6 seconds and 140 mph top speed, very high performance for its 14,000$ price tag at that time, though today it's probably pretty paltry.. Did I flog it 0 to 60 in 6 seconds? Admittedly, a few times, just to see what it felt like, or show off or whatever. Did I drive it at 140? Never. I did get it up to 125, but at that speed the rear end felt too loose for comfort. I could have gone faster, just seemed like a bad idea. Anyway, 80 was plenty fast for me on most days, but it was fun to know that I could go faster if I wanted to, even if I never wanted to.

Same thing with 200 watts. I never even vape at 100. I did vape at 150 once just to experience it, but 75 is about as high as I care or need to go with any setup, and daily driving it's more like 55-65. But it's nice to have something in my hands that can outperform...me. :)

300 watts outperforms me by a wide margin, when I already have 200 watt stuff that is More Than I'll Ever Need (right now at this moment anyway), but I'm glad it's on the market. Who knows what the future will bring for me. 18 months ago, I'd have thought 75 watts was Way Too Much Power, yet look where I am now. If I ever want 300 watts, it's nice to know it'll be there waiting.

That is OK.

But I am waiting for them to make one that can run Dual Atomizers like this...

Bwahaha

Those guys have never even had a long conversation with a "gal" if they think blowing vapor clouds impresses them.

Interesting mod.

I like that it goes all the way down to 1 watt and that it senses each battery's voltage. Hopefully they're using those outputs to keep things safe battery-wise. Really like the interface too. I prefer the Reuleaux form factor for three batts, but that's just me :)

Still a bit uncomfortable pulling 100 watts from one of our batteries, but that's been done for a while now with no-one I know of having had a problem. It will be interesting to see a good review of this puppy.

I understand the need for MORE power to vape with.
It makes you way more vaped up!!

But I think people should focus their priorities on MORE firepower.
Bigger guns make people way deader.

I think I'd spend my money on bigger guns before bigger watts.
I wanna make sure the zombies are SERIOUSLY dead.

Vaping at 200W all day is like flooring the gas pedal whenever you drive anywhere in your car.

The reason Evolv capped the DNA40 at 40 watts had to have been for battery safety. Another reason is it would allow a slightly lower cutoff voltage meaning more endurance. My favorite mod right now is the vtc mini. I never go above 40 max watts. I wish I could run a version of the firmware that sets max watts at 40 in return for a slightly lower cutoff voltage.

There ought to be a 15 watt division in cloud competition to show what can be down at lower power.
