where is everyone buying their taifun GT? I really want one but not sure if I feel like waiting a month for fasttech to ship one

Got mine from focalecig. It's another Chinese company but their shipping is usually 2 weeks in most cases. Longest I've waited for a package from them is 3 weeks and a couple days.

Angelcigs is a Chinese vendor that ships from a USA warehouse. They have the Taifuns at a fair price.

I would go with either a Fogger V4 or an RSST. RSST if you wanna do gennys, Fogger V4 if you don't. Both will run you less than $30, and both work amazingly. If it's your first time building coils I'd recommend starting with a dripper... Something like an IGO-L or IGO-W (L for single coils, W for dual coils).

As for the kayfun it isn't for me due to the lack of air flow and leak issues in the past.

I understand that you are against using anymore Kayfuns but what version did you have? The 3.1 has an adjustable air flow screw. I just removed mine completely and there is plenty of air.

Concerning leak issues - I have 4 Kayfuns and not a single one of them has ever leaked on me. Mine are all HCigar clones so maybe that has something to do with it.

I tried my friends fogger v4 but its a bit like kayfun. But the air flow is really nice. I guess I'm a bit picky when it comes to rbas

Kayfun was my first RTA and I loved it, but once I started using drippers and other types of rebuildables I REALLY started to like the open type airflows, and the heavy vapor production. Honestly, IMHO, I don't think Kayfun's are up there at all in terms of vapor production or airflow. Even with the screw all the way out its still like a thick Mcdonalds milk shake lol. BUT..there is one clone on Ebay where they modified the center pin, and opened up the air flow so its actually VERY decent. Its called XXL Kayfun. The threading is one of the best I have seen on any Kayfun. VERY SMOOTH.

Kayfuns how they stand I think are optimal for mouth to lung hits. If your a direct lunger who likes open air flow, I wouldn't bother (unless you went with the XXL). Out of the Aqua, and Various Foggers, the V4 Fogger has been a beast for me, never leaks (after I learned the right way to build it. All tanks require slightly different tweaks to work best) and makes the most vapor out of any dripper or tank I have ever used, and blows away anything even in terms of flavor. So I am another one who is gonna suggest the fogger v4. Its got the pyrex glass, and is just a beast in every way.

Thanks fellas. I just ordered the fogger v4. I'll see how she vapes when she comes in :)

Bro, your gna love it. Just a few tips to give you that I wish I knew before I built this thing is...

Do NOT use huge amounts of cotton AT ALL, you will not get nearly as much flavor and may even get a burnt taste.
AND, make sure your cotton tails are in the channels (a little bit). If they arent at all, it will leak when laid on its side (happened the first two builds I did), and if you put too much in the channel, you will definitely get dry pulls on it.

Dual 26g micro coil at around .4 on a mech mod has been the best built for me out of them all. Thing is a beast.

The AGT is a Genesis-style tank. IMO they have a much higher learning curve than the Kayfun-style tanks. Most leak if not kept upright, and many require tilting while vaping. Stainless steel mesh is more difficult to work with than cotton or silica.

I recommend looking into a Kayfun-style, perhaps a EHPro clone of the Kayfun Lite Plus.

My first purchase of a rebuildable atomizer was a single wick RSST.[Smok RSST 3.4 mil insulated wick hole] It was about 25$ and I ordered some 28ga Kantal and some 400 SS Mesh. I wish I remembered where I ordered because I got a 12"x12" sheet for a decent price. After watching a few tutorials on YouTube I did my first build. It worked well and I am not that mechanically inclined. My adive if you go the genesis route- roll your SS Mesh wick solid and tight- oxidize with a small torch[ before rolling the wick] and again by dripping a little e liquid on rolled wick and light on fire with a lighter, let it burn a few secs the blow out flame repeat till juice is all burned. If you are using a regulated Mod you might need 30ga Kanthal to make your coil in order to increase the resistance to at least 1ohm.

I like the Rüzgar very much. I have two of them now that I keep in rotation with my BE Kayfun and KFL+. The deck is similar to a Kayfun, but the chimney is different and it has a glass tube inside of a metal sleeve. I only really like one juice, so I vape it in everything, and in my experience the flavor and TH of the Rüzgar is better than either Kayfun. Of course, other people may have different opinions.
