So i've been getting more and more into rda's and sub-ohming, which i'm actually preferring over my Subtank and Atlantis nowadays for vapor production and flavor, never thought i would make it to this point!

But as the title suggests, why is the first hit always the best after a fresh new wick and coil in a rda? The vapor totally plumes outward and is very dense, i'm talking block out the sun kind of dense.

Then every vape afterwards is still good, but never quite like the first :/

Actually, I don't inhale the first few drags on a new build/rewick, because I always taste the cotton. It's at about 5 drags in that I start to say "Oh yeah! New build, nice nice, fresh fresh."

But really, I think it's all mental. If I were the type to let everything deteriorate to severe horribleness before rebuilding I'd be justified in observing a performance increase. But alas, I tend to tear stuff down well before it actually needs to be, just for the sheer pleasure(sarcasm) of rebuilding. The "nice nice fresh fresh" is just my way of patting myself on the back for another successful build.

The flavor i'm getting out of this new Kayfn V4 is just as good as any RDA i have tried , it's incredible . Taste actually improves the more you vape it, first hit is OK.

I have never been the type to be fascinated or even cared about clouds , what i care about is taste .
