Okay, so a few weeks back a coworker of mine introduced me to vaping. Slowly and may I add very sneakily, he got me to purchase a novice eGo kit (as much as that hurt my jewish heart to do so), which included two Ego-T setups.

I've progressed (slightly) from that point, after I realized for myself that the eGo-T cartomizers are pretty bad overall and are a gigantic hassle. Last sunday, on a whim, I purchased 2 Vision Version 2 (replacable eGo compatible) clearomizers and an eGo twist battery - that is a lot of eGo - and basically got a little taste of how fantastic this life changing hobby can become.

So, here I am basically saying "Hello" to all you enthusiasts, and ask for a slight bit of direction.

I'm very unclear about many things still, especially the basics. I've not yet cleaned a cartomizer or a clearomizer (not even sure of the difference), but I've heard the setup should be soaked in alcohol of forgotten percentage.

I've heard that acidic/hot juices do not do well with Vision clearomizers, but am not sure how to distinguish them. I've recently purchased a sample pack from HHV, but never saw anything to indicate acidity. Would there be a warning when I buy liquid? Does it actually make an impact?

Okay, I'm rambling at this point, but - I simply ask to be lead to the right direction. I want to make the best out of my setup, while circling around the now many eGo batteries I possess. I don't care about bulkiness or a conservative look, I just want to fully enjoy my vaping experience while potentially avoiding money expenditures by getting direction and not going on an exploration across the web.

Also, quite a big one - What would be your personal favorite online sellers - and where would I begin searching if I want to buy clearomizers in bulk, to reduce cost as much as possible?

In any case, thanks for reading this inanely long post. I look forward for some answers!

Best,

Sophie.

Hi and welcome!

I was trying to answer some of your questions, but then I realized I haven't had enough coffee yet. ;) I think you need 5 posts to be able to read blogs, so say hi to a few people and go read Baditude's excellent introduction blog: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...rto-tank-what-juice-delivery-attachments.html

Eeh! That guide is indeed very helpful, I applaud you and the author (I guess there is no restriction on blogs, so good for me)!

And for everyone else, thanks so much for the links, I will definitely check out the stores. You could only imagine my initial disappointment when I realized eBay will just not do for this particular area /sweatdrop.

Ocelot, when you do get your daily fill of coffee (I fully understand what an important procedure that is), I would immensely appreciate anything your caffeinated mind has to share! ;)

Best,

Sophie.

Welcome kainwaffle, Sophia
I believe you are going to have a lot of fun here, there are many nice people and TONS of information.
Vapping is a Big World, with so many choices, but what works for you is what is best.
I love my EGO-C, vapes well, small enough to carry around and easy to clean and fill-great ! Even with the bigger units, and I have one coming Tuesday- I know that I will still carry my ego's day to day, and use the big one at home.
Enjoy the vape and all of the tastes that this world has to offer.

be well.

My personal favorite vendor is right there close to you, My Vapor Store in NY, their service and attention to detail is off the chain! Their shipping is prompt and speedy and they really take care of their customers, they even have a coupon code on here... I've tried a handful of vendors and always go back to MVS.

+1

They have been great online vendors to order from, no problems and FAST :thumb:

Eric at Discount is awesome to deal with, knows how to treat a customer :)
I can't agree with you more about great online venders. I am lucky to have a local online vender, where as I can order something today and it will be in my mailbox by the day after tomorrow.. Does that make sense? Well I have to at least let the guy go to the post office so I can get it the next day
