I'm a dedicated carto tank user. For the past 2 1/2 months I have been using smoktech duel coil cartomizers. For the first to months I had no problems. Everything performed beautifully. I read a lot of posts on ECF with people complaining about cartomizers. I couldn't figure out what they were talking about. I just figured it was all user error.

Then about two weeks ago I received a new order of smoktech cartomizers. I have had absolutely nothing but problems. First I had 2 cartos that refused to accept juice from the tank I was using. Then I had one that worked wonderful for a few days, then the ohms dropped from 2.0 to 1.6 overnight, and I burn't it.

I have been trying to get my phiniac tank working again all day today, and so far I've been unsuccessful. First cartomizer worked ok, at first but wasn't producing anywhere near the amount of vapor it should. Second one had zero air flow through it. Didn't figure that out until after I primed it. The third one is exactly like the first. It fires ok, but produces crappy vapor.

I think I'm done with these cartos. I'm ready to move on and try something new. So for all you experienced carto tank users, which would you recommend? I have a regular sized phiniac tank and a bunch of smoktech DCT tanks. Please don't reply if you don't have extensive experience with a particular cartomizer. I'm looking for something that will work well consistently and doesn't come in a pack of 5 where 4 of them are garbage.

I've been using Boge cartos in my Phiniac tanks for over 8 months with no problems. I hear smoktech cartos are very good but I haven't tried them in a long time. I never use DCT. For me they just don't wick well enough. The main reason I think is because the carto holes are way too small for my juice. If you want to get away from using cartos in your tanks there's the Killer 705. It works in a tank, can be used as a dripper or a bottom feeder. Hope some of this helps.
