Hello,

I just bought a Cuboid 200, (200W) mod, because it looks very elegant, I heard is pretty good, and suited all my needs of having Temperature Control, a 510 connection, and can do up to 200W. Which is a great upgrade from the smok novo I currently have.

@Mordacai suggested that I get a Freemax Twsiter 30w starter kit as well, and I already confirmed that the Fireluke 22 tank it comes with being a 22ml tank will fit on the Cuboid as well.

Unfortunately, I am having trouble finding a Twsiter 30w kit (only see the 80w version) from any source in Canada.

So in the mean time, can anyone recommend me a tank to get that will fit the Cuboid 200W without over hang (I heard from a review that it looks best with 22mm tanks, and 24mm or larger tanks will have overhang), and work well with it? Maybe specific coils for said tank as well?

I am mainly looking for good flavor, but good cloud would be a benefit.

P.S: If anyone knows where to find a Twister 30w kit within Canada, that'd be good to know as well.

P.S.S

I did just find freemax.com and they are selling it for $46.99, but the only shipping option that doesn't take a long ... time (20-40 days) costs $30, so that raises the price substantially, to the point where I am questioning if it'll make financial sense, and if maybe I am still better off just buying a tank and coils, from a local store, if they carry it.

My favorite tank with drop-in coils is 4 ml Zlide with 1.6Ω, 1.2Ω or .8Ω coils for relaxed MTL vaping. They also make lower resistance coils for restricted DL vaping, which is not my thing so I can't make any recommendations. The 4 ml Zlide is 24mm, but there's also a TPD-compliant 22mm (2ml capacity) version. I have both sizes and much prefer the the bigger, 4ml version.

Apparently the Aspire Cleito seems to be a very good sub ohm tank for the price, from what I am hearing about it in a reviews, and it looks like the silver version will look great on the cuboid 200, and it is 22mm as well.

I wonder, what about 1ohm or higher tanks, haven't heard much about those yet.

yeah the fact that a 24 or larger tank will look bad on this, means I may be limited a little in capacity, or have more of a bubbled design.

I don't think there is a bubble glass that fits the Zlides, but I'm not sure. It's possible.
I am actally rather liking the zlide, so now I'm gonna hit up some local vape shops tomorrow, and see if they carry any in-stock.

Also, gotta remember 3 18650 batteries, and a charger.

Make sure you get the right kind of batteries! And good luck!

From what I understand, I need 3 18650s and a charger.

Not sure why you need three batteries. If your mod is a single-battery mod, you need one (and a spare). If it's a dual-battery mod, you need two. Of course, it's always nice to have extras--one in use, one charging.

Below is Mooch's list of recommended batteries. It you're a low wattage vaper, choose a high capacity battery.

There are many good chargers on the market--Xtar and Nitcore are often recommended here. Also, check Mooch's blog for charger test results if you're interested.

Thanks for the link.

unfortunately, while three of them is only $15.27 USD, the least expensive shipping option to me is $27.60 USD, so especially when converted to CAD, that'd be more expensive.

I can get the Naturalis X tank, 3 batteries, and a charger from the same place, so that's probably smarter.

however, I am starting to run low on the green, and the charger is rather expensive.

I know that it's not recommended to do this, but for about two weeks until I get more green, could I get away with charging the batteries inside the mod, assuming I don't leave it over night, and am attentive?

I mean I am almost always by the computer anyways, so I can notice when they are getting to 90%+ charged. From what I understand the problem is leaving them charging inside mods, after they are already full?

Given I am an occasional/light vaper, for a 3 battery mod, I probably won't have to recharge very much anyways. I didn't even vape at all yesterday, and haven't yet today.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Well, even though I frown upon it, people do it all the time. In fact, this year I learned from a video of his that Phil Busardo (probably one of the most famous youtube reviewers) charges his batts in his mods pretty much exclusively or at least 90% of the time.

BUT never vape while charging, even if the manual says you can.

But when you get money, definitely get a charger.
