I think you mean 20 amps.
On a regulated
mod you calculate the amps from the set watts and remaining battery voltage.
66 (60w + 10% to account for
device inefficiency) / 3.2v = 20.625 amps. In both series and parallel mods that can be divided with the number of
batteries for amp draw per battery.
