I normally don't gloat about things, but this I am a little proud of myself. Today is my 16th year of not smoking the cancer sticks. I didn't even realize it had been so many moons ago until last month or in February. I was able to stop smoking cigs using the patch. I took up vaping, well, the main reason is because of stress, but I really missed smoking cigarettes. And being a vaper, I have had the pleasure of meeting wonderful people on a this vaping forum and another forum. Thank you all for being so welcoming and kind to me ((hugs)))
