Alot better today thy 4 asking !
Went down the steps and outside walking w cane..baby steps.sciatic nerves calming down a bit..that's a big hurdle..getting some almost decent sleep.and giving DW a break.don't need her as a standing/sitting/ lying down anchor. .took a shower Saturday (but DW didnt come in just supervised; ) )
DW will soon be going back to "ball & chain" status wait..did I just say that out loud
Just kidding. DW's been great ! Actually been feeding the cats also
