Dr wants me in this ninja turtle brace more than a month
3 months total out. I'm gonna go nutz. What the heck am I gonna do?
take a deep breath in.....slowly breathe out...and do as doc says....as you have told me many many times!! if u screw up the healing process it will be worse....so as hard as it may be...follow your own advice and stay calm and get well! we all will be here for ya my friend...so u can rant n rave iffin need be... we got ya covered!(((hugs)))

Gonna try some to do some diy juice. Again. Came out cr@ppy last few time,so I think I'll try again. Gotta find that scale, order some concentrate. .any ideas where to get good nic*?
