@ Cactus ... The Last Waltz by Engelbert Humperdinck ... received for my 9th birthday at my request ;)

Can't find the album anymore

I knew of the name Engelbert Humperdinck but couldn't for the life of me place it to any particular song. What a nice yet bittersweet feeling song Dale :)... The last waltz and the first song should last forever... thanks for sharing it!

    Back in better days ...

    The Climb
    I can almost see it
    That dream I'm dreaming but
There's a voice inside my head sayin,
    You'll never reach it,
    Every step I'm taking,
    Every move I make feels
    Lost with no direction
My faith is shaking but I
    Got to keep trying
Got to keep my head held high

There's always going to be another mountain
I'm always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes you going to have to lose,
Ain't about how fast I get there,
Ain't about what?s waiting on the other side
    It's the climb

    The struggles I'm facing,
    The chances I'm taking
Sometimes they knock me down but
    No I'm not breaking
    I may not know it
But these are the moments that
I'm going to remember most yeah
    Just got to keep going
    And I,
    I got to be strong
    Just keep pushing on, cause

There's always going to be another mountain
I'm always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes I'm going to have to lose,
Ain't about how fast I get there,
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
    It's the climb

There's always going to be another mountain
I'm always going to want to make it move
Always going to be an uphill battle,
Sometimes you going to have to lose,
Ain't about how fast I get there,
Ain't about what's waiting on the other side
    It's the climb

    Keep on moving
    Keep climbing
    Keep the faith baby
    It's all about
    It's all about
    The climb
    Keep the faith
    Keep your faith

Heh Dale. that's honestly the only Miley song I've heard (I don't listen to "pop" music generally) and you know... it wasn't half bad and she has a nice voice. How and why did she turn into that weird thing at the award show? I hope you're all having a great day :)
Beat's me Cactus, but she sure ruined her rep
I only know that song because of my GD's video's ... liked the words anyway :)

Great songs Sun (I know and like Shooting Star but didn't recall Burning Sky) - and love the fire in the sky pix :) The most amazing sunset I recall ever seeing was here in NM before actually relocating... winter time after boarding and driving south out of Santa Fe there was a period of about 30 seconds where it literally looked like I was driving into a lake of lava. I wish I had a picture to share because it was truly amazing. Well take care Insomniacs... good to see you Sun.

Huh... I would have thought it was commonplace there  I've only lived in CA and NM and I'd miss the the sky here - it seems ^that blue most of the year. I do however really miss the fog/drizzle and green of CA... spent a lot of time hiking in the Santa Cruz Mountains and it was always damp and rainy... I miss setting up a campfire and a tarp overhead to keep dry all the while fog/clouds rolling in... I know I've mentioned it before, but that's why every rare time it rains here I want to head up the Sandias...

That does sound amazing, Cactus. I've never seen the sky red like fire, but have seen it unbelievably blue after a severe cold front and super high pressure. The sky really was this blue with not a single cloud to be seen. It was unreal.
