It's one thing to post a song and or a movie, but there has to be something behind that music or movie; it has to tell a story of a particular time in your life or it gets boring for me (most of the time.lol). Sorry, if anyone finds that comment in pejorative terms. I'm more interested in the story than the picture. But of course, every picture tells the story don't it.

Have brother in North Dakota (where I grew up, & thankfully left) that would always say that it was sunny and 83 regardless of what the weather was actually like. Guess he discovered that if you are sunny and 83 inside your head it doesn't matter what it is outside. On the other hand in woof woof land, 83 is still a little cool. Waiting for the 110's in the summer, they are on their way.

It was 80 degrees today. I was wearing shorts and walking around in bare feet. It felt so good. This was the nicest day of 2014. As many know, it has been a miserable winter. It has been so long since I felt weather like this... it feels like the first time.

I can't wait for the hot weather. I'm heading for Florida at the end of April for 2 months. Anna Maria Island (my hometown)... here I come. The water is so clear and the sand is so soft. I'll take 110 degrees over 20 degrees any day.
