I usually start off with just a nibble or two. But eventually I cant help myself and I dive right in and eat them whole.

Well I have to tell you being HALF Swedish.... Gingersnaps are a staple and most of the time they have these tiny little edges. I LOVE to nibble around the edges before diving into the rest of the cookie. I know my way around a Gingersnap very well.
