Redilast 18650. Will it fit in Silver Bullet?

Hello.

Recently Ive heard everybody talking about these new Redilast 2900mah 18650 protected battery's and how well they pair with a low resistance atomizer. Here is some info and pictures regarding the battery.

So will this fit in a first generation Silver Bullet with hot spring and older style aluminum button top? The dimensions of the battery are 68.65-68.95mm x 18.5mm. Could be a very nice combo.

They should. Those look like relabled AW batteries.

They do look like AWs. They are button top which might be a bit easier to deal with into and out of the charger.


What's up with this. Why would they do that?

The design of the PCB allows for discharge currents slightly over 2C. This however exceeds the 2C limit for the Li-ion chemistry. Please do not discharge the cells at rates over 2C.

Make note of this also if you already have a WF-139 charger.

The 2600 and the 2900 won't fit in my WF-139 charger, so I had to order a WF-188 charger from Lighthound.
