Refills seem to burn hotter

Cari, I do refill with the same flavor for the most part..but the filling inside gets mashed down and won't absorb anymore without a good rinse and dry. There is always the risk of mold. Think about your dishcloths. P.G. keeps the risk down, but there are flavors to concider. Once in 4 or 5 refills seems to do the trick.

And don't forget, your hairdryer will be your best friend in this process. If I wash cartomizers, and let them sit overnight, I use a blowdryer for about 1/2 a minute on low heat to just "fluff em up".

Oh wow, what a fantastic tip! Thanks to everyone for all of your hints and helps. I am unbelievably determined to be "analog-free" and everything I can learn gets me one step closer! My kids are so proud of me and I never want to let them down (or myself either).
