Howdy- Been all over these forums for a while, but able to find everything I needed and never needed to post. =P But now trying to make a mod, and not being verified, I cant post this in the mod section.
Started vaping about 4 months ago. Started with a Boge Leo, then moved to a Vmod XL. Dig the Vmod XL, but next in line is certainly a GG. I want it. I need it. 8-o
But to the question: I decided to make the first mod out of a flashlight with the bendable tubing at the end. It was filled with some terrible glue. So I removed the glue, and the mangled 24 gauge wire. And thats the issue: 24 gauge wire. Couldn't find any at the radio shack, home depot, or the lowes. So I figured I'd try separating some cat 5 and using the wiring in there. It's all together now and seems it should be working- All connections are made and seems stable: but no power to the connection like before (using 22 gauge). Is it potentially the wire is no good for this purpose, or is it time to disassemble and potentially replace the switch?
