So this is weird I know, but I am a designer and esthetics are HUGE to me.
Well I have a silver lavatube that the paint is coming off of the bottom and top caps, and is completely worn of the button, and it just looks ugly to me.
It actually bugs the crap out of me.
I'm actually trying to sell it, but incase it doesn't sell I was I was wondering if anybody knew:
A. If there is a way to remove the paint form the tube it's self, I would prefer it to be all black anyway, and I am assuming that it's black under that paint like the caps are
B. If it's possible how could I go about doing it.

LoL!

Random, I know.

I believe that the caps are actually black plastic but I'm not sure. But to take paint off...it wouldn't be hard, just time consuming. Find an old carto or atty that you don't use, put it into the chuck of a drill and screw on the LT. use some fine grit sandpaper LIGHTLY on the LT after you've taped off the buttons and screen and just spin the paint off. Its actually aluminium under the paint.
