Thats weird. It takes a little more force than.you'd think but mine pops right back in. It kind of locks into the groove in there. Maybe try folding it a little before you pop in up there. Its hard to explain while typing if it was in front of me i could show ya. (Haha) sorry, guess I'm not much help.. keep trying, you'll get it

My love- Kawa Reo LP w/ TRA SL door & LokiLab Odin.. Mmm Mmm

What liquid were you using? The citrus oil in my Pluid expands my o-rings, they almost double in size and eventually just pop out.

If your o-ring looks swelled or bigger, rinse it, dry it and put it in the microwave on the lowest power settings in 5 second bursts. It'll dry out and fit back in.
Very well explained. I like your style.

I am calling 100% VG root beer from MBV.

I will try that out and get back to you guys.

I blame the 'Beer.

Pretty sure that's a plastic tank cranker, so if it can do that it wouldn't surprise me if it's messing up the o-ring. If you have flavors in rotation that are swelling the o-ring you want to get some spares.

Speaking of: Anyone know if any of the different o-rings out there ala Home Depot won't have this problem? Think there are at least two different materials they are made from.

just buy a new o-ring! ??

I run some brutal crap thru my gear and an o-ring that lasts 5 weeks feels like a marriage!

T
5 weeks?! Lol, are you vaping gasoline?
On a serious note, are you vaping NT? I've not had to replace any orings at all in 5 months and I'm hoping not to. I run mostly NT juice, but occasionally others. I don't vape many cinnamon and never menthol, so I hope that reduces my chances of burning through rings.

Y'know, the ingenuity of this group constantly amazes me. I swear if I posted that my reo had become sentient and was posting joke status updates on my Facebook, there'd be tree people replying within 10 minutes with solutions involving a nickel, some fabric softener (the sheets, not the liquid), and a push rod from a '57 chevy.

One of my reos sees nothing but MBV cinimon roll and i never had problems with oring.
