I vape a cinnamon red-hot concoction and have to swap out bottle o-rings every 2 or 3 weeks. Washing them in hot water and leaving out to dry seems to shrink them back to a usable size.

Isteal buy about 10 at a time from work Ace hardware. My beater Reo no longer uses them, because trying to re-fit an o-ring at work after refilling the bottle is like herding cats. So you mangle it in the bottle cap as best you can and ignore the leaks!
Bottle mod is the way to go folks!

Vaping cinnamon, vanilla pudding, menthol concoction destroyed my oring. I did the bottle mod and only use that set up for that juice. My other menthol juices do nothing to the orings
The other bottle mod:
Throw away the o-ring, keep the cap, cut or drill out the nipple so that the feed tube fits easily being careful not to scar the surface of the ring around the nipple as it will now be the seal to the cap. The added benefit is that the bottle with the nipple ring snapped in will be spill resistant.
