I don't get why a lot of you are defending robs website, I do get that the reo is an amazing devise, there is no doubt about it but let's be honest here, a better site does help and robs isn't going to win a beauty pageant...

I think the success of Rob is based on his participation on the forums and with the help of his loyal users, but a great site would help him reach a much bigger audience that doesn't frequent ECF

I guarantee he has lost sales due to his website being ridiculously difficult to navigate.
And you can guarantee this how???? Has business slowed down some over at REO? Yes it has, but it has nothing to do with navigation of his site. He needed extra help to build 400+ Woodvils and 200+ REO Mini's and now that that is done he had to let a couple guys go. It's not rocket science. Again, it had nothing to do with his site. I think its time to stop talking out your :censored:!!!

I don't think Rob needs anyone to defend him, his superior devices, or his site... I will add that if you really feel that passionate about his site design hurting his business, why don't you pop in over in the REO forum anytime any voice your concern where he can reply personally to your concerns!!!

Here's the link just in case its too many clicks for you to find it....Reos Mods | E-Cigarette Forum

Wow. Just wow.

I don't understand why someone would get this upset and defensive because a few people said it's not the best site. It isn't, and anyone can see that. Who cares? If you like it, great. If he likes it, great.

A post like this would do more to turn me away from REOS than his crap website.

Well fellow vapers ----when are we going to see the first reos clone being reviewed here?

has fastech delivered any clones yet to the USA???

Mine is in transit, I'll post what I can when it lands on my doorstep, but understand my reason for buying the clone was that I've never used a bottom fed or a non regulated device so not sure how good my info will be

You Reo Heads need to get a grip.. NOBODY is dissing Rob or his Mod or his company........

I would be a customer IF his product was in my, personnal, price range..... The clone is.. So, when I buy the clone, REOS Mods will get FREE advertizing, FROM me and my CLONE. If asked I will identify the mod by name. I won't be shy about stating that mine mod is a CHEAP Chinese copy of the REOS Mod. Most of my friends and family are less inclined to buy clones than I am. I AM CHEAP. I will fix and improve the clone. My plan is to put a regulated board in the box.. I would rather drill holes and possible ruin a $25 clone than a $100+ Mod. Wouldn't you?????? Now if I like the mod and squonking... There is my wife to consider.. She will demand PERFECTION.... She might be a REOS Mod customer, even If I wont.

Wifey gets what she want's, while I get what I NEED.

As someone considering a squonker.
Your review will be of more value, than one from an experienced squonker... At least for me. You will be reviewing, from my point of view. Rather than that of an expert comparing it to the original or other squonkers. I want those also. But newbie reviews are often the real truth.

a dude that's sold hundreds of thousands of authentic mods
Thousands? No doubt. Tens of thousands? Perhaps. Hundreds of thousands? As a small business owner myself (not vape-related, now in my 16th year), I'm highly skeptical that he's sold that many.

Since this thread is devolving anyway... Anyone who imports one to the U.S.runs afoul of the law. 18 U.S. Code § 2320 is only a partial explanation of what constitutes counterfeit trafficking but has the catch all at the end about "transhipment" that covers import and export and isn't specific about quantities,... but the really important part is the penalties portion. A 2 million dollar fine and a decade in the clink is a substantial risk in my book. Seems like a lot of risk over trying to "save" a hundred bucks. ---> The REO is patented. Importing a REO Clone to the U.S. or any U.S. Territories is illegal.

Maybe REO should show said patents to fasttech then. I am sure they don't have $2M or want to spend a decade in jail. Or maybe the patents don't apply in this case.
(5)the term “traffic” means to transport, transfer, or otherwise dispose of, to another, for purposes of commercial advantage or private financial gain

US Patents are public. And you or anyone who wants to can view it here. A U.S. Patent doesn't mean much in China... but the moment an infringing item reaches US shores, the story is different... And, I think you fundamentally misunderstand. It isn't just the person selling such a thing that is running afoul of the law, but also anyone doing the *importing* - Yes. That includes an individual purchasing from someone like fastech or 3fvape or whomever and having it shipped to the US. That is illegal. Receiving it is just as illegal as selling it.

No clue. Don't care. But it would seem your morality in the matter is selective.

Morality? I didn't say anything about morality. Don't put words in my mouth. --> I said something about the law (and even posted the actual US code reference so you could look it up if you were so inclined)... the law and morals rarely have anything at all to do with one another. I offered NO OPINION WHAT SO EVER about what I think is right or wrong.

And, just a by the by... ALL rebuildable attys are all knock offs of Raidy's and Zen's designs. You can find Raidy in the German forum here on ECF. He open sourced his design. I haven't seen Zen on any of the forums in quite some time but he answers email. Information is power.
