Ok, other than the "decor matters", on a horribly practical matter you have to take this private with Rob. No idea if he has any interest in taking on more retail suppliers and he's the only one who can answer that question, and others you need to ask about that won't be aired in public. (I sees dat asterisk you got dere...)
Maybe specializing in BF attys, or making your own bf atty. Also you could make juices that shine with a Reo,

Why would nothing else sell?
Not everyone has $150. Especially someone that may or may not return to smoking.

I always wanted to open up a shop with just high end stuff but honestly it just wouldnt work. I would say 90% of the ppl i see vaping are using gas station stuff or the old battery type mods. Not to mention the markup on cheap stuff is much higher than the high end stuff. To make the reo worth selling you would have to get it from rob and still make $50 or so a sell.
1.Why would you limit yourself like that? You will loose allot of business by not selling anything else.
2. Why would customers buy from you vs directly from Rob. Even if you sell for the same price as Rob customers will have to pay sales tax and it will be more than shipping that Rob charges.
3. What's in it for Rob? I think he is doing just fine selling to 100% of the market by himself.
These are just my options and I can be 100% wrong.

$180.00 mod plus $40.00 -120.00 atty is not an easy sell to someone who walks in the door.

There are several. I couldn't name them, but I know there are several. Vapor Kings here in Tulsa has some.
When the subject of REO's in a vape shop came up back in 2013 Robert said this:
