Welcome, Djensen :)
Took me a bit to track it down but here you go.
Just thought this needed to be put on this thread, it is information that might be of use to someone.

There was a question about a Mini:

Whenever I turn OFF the switch, I noticed that it still fires.
Is this a "break in" period?
Or do I need to tweak something to have it fully working?
Im using the recommended batteries for the Mini which is the 14500 AW IMR.
Here's what I noticed :
When switching to OFF and pressing the fire button - it still goes down and touches the battery.
Yes it does "catch" it, but very slightly also being pushed down.
And I think that slight movement causes it to touch the battery and fires it.

And an answer from redeyedancer:
Push on the button hard a couple of times with the battery in the mod and in the on position this should be enough to bend the pin so it shuts off when turned in the off position .

Thanks a lot guys, that took care of the problem. Love this forum, I looked all over for a solution before I asked, wish I had asked sooner. Redeyedancer, when do you think you will have a bigger well on the mini v2 18490?? and thanks again.
I have them all here I will start painting some of them next weeks some have to be anodized . Painted mods will hit the site first anodize will take a little longer . I hope to start putting them on on my website as early as a week from today

Sounds great, I prefer the anodized so I will keep my eyes open. Do you designate paint from anodized?? It's pretty late back in Maine, not so late here in Portland. I am getting used to the Grand, but a mini 18490 would be good also for running around etc. Bought a nice case for the grand from Serenity Gear with a battery pouch attached, should be here in a couple of weeks. I assume an 18500 battery works OK.

18500 is what you want but you want the AW IMR battery- don't get Trustfire or some off brand-they just don't work the same in the Reo. Many of us buy from Randy at RTD Vapor He is a Reonaut and won't steer you wrong and his shipping price is good as well as prices on his site. ECF5 typically gives you 5% off too unless he's running a better deal.
