My good REOnauti, i finished Reo aka Mini Part-1 in REOville.:toast:

- Runing AW IMR 18490
- New Look (alu + Wood Mix)
- Improvement in the firing pin

Part-2 will be in September, will enable to change the look of the rear (aluminum, steel, wood, etc. ....) and port, in just one minute....will consist of milling the entire rear, 1-2mm in depth like the door, so you can fit a plate and be bolted on the inside, so they can change whenever you want......Stay Tuned!:vapor:

I hope you enjoyed it as I do, these days moding.

So here's the end!

Pack, I have followed this with great interest and excitement. BRAVO sir! Not only have you improved the mini, but it looks quite sweet as well. My only complaint is you have no desire to mod mine!!!

I love my mini in form and function save the batt performance. The grand is a bit heavier than I want to take about but hits so much nicer on the 18650. I hope this is truly on Rob's drawing board.

FYI: Rob has a Woodvil on the board that will take the 18490 / 3ML bottle. It should be out in a few months :)

If it was metal, I'd be all over it. As much as I love woods of all types, I believe I am finally over having a wood mod. They are just not practical for my life or vaping style. Grands & Minis have spoiled me. Sturdy, reliable, beautifully simple.

You never know where Rob will go with an Idea :) It may happen I guess we will have to wait and see.

Speaking of ideas,

My dream Reo mod would be something like;

- Approximate size of a mini Reo
- Aluminium Block
- 3ml Bottle
- AW 18490
- Rear interchangeable (in the material you chose) and tight inside, it's easy to do, simply by milling a slot on the back. Door as I did, so you can choose the type of final material.
- And finally the cherry on top of cake, a chip with the functions of VV provari ..... or at least the function of keeping the amperage always constant until the battery runs out ..... as I have a provari, it is better to me, not have ideas for a chip transplant on my Reo.... ehehehe:facepalm:

You could always use polished aluminum in place of wood.

I'm tempted to do this to my once tumbled, now polished mini.

This would be nice to see. Some minor tweaking in the dimensions and Mini's could come this way.

That would be one bad @$$ mod IMO. :)
