Got mine today with just enough time to get it fired up before heading out. The rounded edges are so nice. I'm generally a left-handed vaper and with the soft throw I can use either thumb or index finger.

I may have to bevel the edge of the lock just a smidge so it will slide over the battery.

Thanks to Rob for a another great REO!

I wouldn't touch the lock. If you sharpen the end you will make the height different on thr lock which would allow the battery to keep contact.

Just gota use 2 hands. Push the battery down with one finger while pushing the lock over. Or remove battery and push the lock over and install the battery now locked.

Besides.. if there was a ramp at the end to allow one to push the lock over the battery it probably would wear and tear the battery wrap.

I knew I'd love this Reo. Nice easy touch on the button and the lock is very nice and well thought out. This is my first hammertone and it looks so good. It hides out in the tech pocket on my pants better than the Grand being just a wee bit shorter.

I like the new lock. Nice and easy to use. I took my new P67 golfing with me this morning; and I used the lock every time I put the Reo in the cup holder of the cart. I wasn't concerns about it with my Grands, because of the top button. But with the side button on the new P67, the lock seemed like a good idea, especially with the light button touch.

Next time try putting something in the bottom of the cup to act as a spacer so the button won't touch anything.

I have used my hammdertone SL for thirty-six hours now. I De-Ox'ed it, put an Italian bottle in and have gone through two full bottles. I am very glad that I bought this. It fits in my hand with the rounded edges so comfortably. I like the button placement. The button throw is nice, it is easy with a short throw. The lock is, for me, necessary due to the button placement and ease of use but I found it easy to use. I think the flat design on top is great. To me the old RM2 looks good.
All in all, this was a good buy and, if you can swing it, worth buying.

When I get the sucking sound, it means I am going to get some leaking out the threads - I get a little juice around the "collar". And I fiddle - unscrew and re-thread, until it goes away.

I know lots of people don't, but I do - continually have this slow seep from under the cap with the squishy bottles. I haven't put one in my P67 yet - but I like the softer squonk enough that I probably will.

I put the Italian bottle in mine and it's soft n' good but has this sucking sound when I release it. Gonna have to do a search on it because I know there were tons of posts on how to tweak it. It feeds fine but sucks.:)

Out of the park home run Rob! Got my first two in yesterday, and ordered my second two this afternoon. To add to all of the praise these have garnered, has anyone noticed how hard these babies hit?!?! I mean, I'm running a dual coil 0.3 setup and I drained a full 7.5ml bottle and my battery still read 3.76v. I felt the difference on the first hit. This has to be the most efficient mech mod I've ever used.

Oh, and I promise a family portrait when numbers 3 and 4 arrive next week.

I noticed as well but chalked it up to that new metal. Will have to do some testing on it later and see what's doing.

I think cranking the bottle real tight will get the seal fixed. That or normal ware from putting the cap on will break in the threads to eventually seal good.

I've only been vaping it for a few hours, but I already love the P67, it's super comfortable to hold although, it's probably going to take me a little bit to get used to the button press on this one. I'm pretty impressed so far, in fact I may need to get another...or two.
