Yep, today is the day. Tracking shows my P67 arriving at my PO early this morning. Probably won't be delivered till around 3pm, pst. So a long day ahead. I just hope the regular carrier is delivering today, she never fails me. I can count on her to walk it to the door and knock to get the signature, the other carriers, it's a toss up.

Same here, mine shows out for delivery. And I usually get the mail about 3-4pm, funny though I always wind up getting sick on Reo delivery day and have to take half a day off. Really weird.

I'm especially excited about the switch being away from the battery surface. No more pitting with flat tops. Ordered a few Samsung 30Q to try out. True 20amp, 3000 mah. My trusty AW's are starting to show their age.

This is one of the things that really got me interested in the P67. With the Grands, I could never use flat tops without an uncomfortable amount of arcing, I'm thinking this wont be an issue with the P67. I have a couple of Samsung 25r that have been sitting around unused for quite awhile, so they're probably what I'll be using with it.

I use flat-top batteries all the time (in my Grands) and never get pitting or arcing. I do use a tiny bit of noalox on the top of the battery when I install it. I assume that is preventing it from arcing?

My understanding is that arcing just happens normally in every mod. Wears just able to see it more clearly because of how the Reos are made. I believe we use Naolox or Gold to facilitate this and protect the battery from pitting. (Hope I'm explaining this correctly).

Happy cape BD Deb!! Big milestone

Nice! My mailman is slacking.. always when I'm waiting for something they show up late like after 5. Usually around 12pm.
