Hello Burn14me you rolling your finger and turning the button .
You have a few options
1- you can remove the dowel pin of course you will lose the lock option
2- you can learn to stop rolling button I have caught myself doing it in the past once I maid a mental not of it it stopped happening .
3- You can bend the positive contact a little in the middle of the contact upwards . I would only try this if your a fairly mechanical guy . I have told the guys building mods to do this to all the mods . The mod you got was probably built before I gave the talk .
4- I can adjust if for you if it really bothers you and you dont feel comfortable doing it yourself .
5- If you using a button cover this makes rolling the button really easy to do try running it without the button cover

I used my Reos without a button cover for a few weeks and then added covers 2 days ago. They do make it easier to lock, however they also make it easier to unlock.

I've found that if they accident lock it is from just a slight rotation of few degrees and not the full 90. On my Copper vein Reo my thumb goes up by the catch cup and I slide it across the edge of the button before it slides on top to fire, this will rotate it to unlocked if it was locked. The black wrinkle Reo I fire with my index finger and that is even easier to rotate to unlocked with a slight finger flick before firing. After a full day it's become automatic and no more locked Reo.

Grammar experts, when referring to multiple Reo devices should it be Reos or Reo's or Reos'. My brain has no problem with the Ohms law equations but struggles with grammar.

Since R-E-O are the letters for Robert Eugene O'Neil I like calling them my Robert Eugene O'Neil's! And I don't really care if it is grammatically correct! LOL!!!
