HAHA! Well from your avatar, I'd say you could supply a small country with Reo's lol! I think I will push my luck until I order a new one and get it, then send it in. I'm hoping to order one today. Do you think the silver and silver is a good choice for not showing blemishes as much? My Sweet Pea is beat up a bit, lol
Silver is a great choice yes sweat pea has been down a rough road :)

Thanks! Yes she has, but she still has a lot of fight in her! That is why your mods are the best! Anything is fixable, and they certainly can take a beating! They also beat things up! I dropped it on my phone once and it nicked the screen cover, thank goodness I had a good screen cover on it!

Have you checked your batteries with a multimeter after they come off the charger? Are your first hits with a freshly charged battery good? When you cleaned your Mini did you lightly file the tip of the firing pin with a file and apply a touch of Noalox? Did you meter your atties with your mulitmeter? Could you take a picture of the gasket and post it here. It doesn't sound like a short as you are not popping springs so without seeing it I doubt its the gasket causing problems. My guess would be batteries or a firing pin thats not making a good contact. What ohm atties are you using and what type of batteries are you using. HOw old are the batteries. Sorry for so many questions but I think this info might help solving the problem.
I really must THANK YOU again for the tips! My Sweet Pea has been delivering clouds of vapor since I filed that contact a bit! You guys are all so great! I'm finally in a good mood after weeks of frustration! I don't know why I didn't come and ask sooner!!

My husband just said "Happy Birthday" go get yourself a new mini!!!!!! My birthday is Friday so I am soooo EXCITED!! Please Sweet Pea, just last until I get my new yet to be named baby! I like the silver, but it just seems kinda boring to me. Although with the way I abuse them, it's probably the most sensible option. I'm also digging the black and gold since I'm from Pittsburgh. Anyone have any colors that are available on the site that they think are really nice? YIPPEE!!! My Sweet Pea's getting a sister!!!! LOL
Robert is there anything else you suggest I add to my order? I already have one extra spring, tube and button.

That gold/black looks sharp! It also looks like the anodized finish. The anodized holds up really well. Of course the silver will show much less wear and tear. So many choices now with the powder coat finishes. They are really glossy.

Sounds like your order is just right!

Thank you! After debating forever! I actually decided to go with the silver. I can have more variety with drip tips and stuff. I just know I'll regret getting gold, since It's not one of my favorite colors. I really wish there was pink! But I'll take what I can get, lol! Thanks again everyone! Have a great day! I'm off to sweet dreams!

Got a Grand about 3 weeks ago. I'm loving it but there is one problem. What can I do to prevent the tube from detaching from the valve, causing the juice to spill all over the inside when I squeeze the bottle? It's happened about 5 times so far. Once I got juice on my shirt (stains).

Sorry if this was answered before but I don't have time to read all 48 pages.

The tube is coming off the nipple at the top??? Is this a new Grand or an old one?

You can clean the nipple with q-tip and alcohol. dip the tube in some alcohol to make sure it's clean too. Let both dry. Put the tube half way back on the nipple. Then put a drop of super glue on the nipple just forward of the tube. Slide the tube the rest of they way on. Hopefully that will take care of you.

And check out what nerak says below. :D

Sounds like the tube might have a split in it. A couple ways to deal with that. Take the tube off and turn it upside down cut it to a straight line, and put it on. You need to push it up far on the little nozzle. If you bought the REO used you might want to order and new tube, and cap assembly from reosmods. If it is a new REO then that should not be happening. Robert uses a small drop of superglue before putting on the tube. You can do that too.
