I was pretty dead set on getting a reo mini for my durable work pv but came across these sweetvapes grips... They look really nice same functionality as a reo but IMO a nicer form and an endless and beautiful selection of wood to choose from. There are only a few minis in stock as well flat black is really the only one I'd be interested in. Any opinions on the best choice for a durable pocket friendly mod?

Durable and pocket friendly Reo hands down. The button is on top which can be turned to prevent pocket firing. Also the Reo is an all metal mod.I have dropped my mod which caused only a few scratches and it still works. Also being an all mechanical mod, there are no switches that to bad.I have a Reo Grand which has a 6 ml bottle and uses an 18650 battery.I fill my bottle and throw in a fresh battery and it lasts me all day.I only bring extra cartos just in case. You can't go wrong with a Reo.If you want something smaller, the Reo mini might also be something for you to consider.

Durability goes to the Rio because of the metal box, although the Grip is very durable, Brad doesn't skimp on the wood it's a beefy constructed wood mod but being wood it will show dings and wear more. I also like the button placement of the grip and the way the Grip feels in the hand more, very comfortable and natural. If durability is your biggest criteria I don't think you'll do better than the Rio

Reo woodvil is one solid piece of wood, no glue joints anywhere to come apart. On off switch on the bottom, you just can't go wrong with any kind of REO period!!! I believe the grip mod has glue joints all over the place. Do yourself a favor and go for the reo! You will thank me. I have a reo woodvil 18490 and a reo 18490, love them both!
