Why can't we have a tank where the bottom is solid and an actual well , like a little bucket? Perhaps in the shape of a doughnut so juice could come up the middle and then go into the doughnut shaped bucket. That way juice could puddle and not leak and your wick would stay saturated.
Or, perhaps add another rubber o-ring for the bottom, but on the inside.

Where my reomizer screws together at the bottom is leaking I think. It has threads, but there is no way for it to truly seal. If I flood it, which I'm prone to do, then it gets all wet around the outside of the atty. I don't think it is coming out underneath the device where the rubber o-ring is. I think it comes out where the device screws together.

Or, are we supposed to use some kind of sealant around the parts that screw together? I don't like that idea because then you would be inhaling sealant.

It just doesn't seem like a very juice-worthy design. Or am I missing something? Is there supposed to be an o-ring in the inside I'm missing?

Perhaps I'll try some thread tape (white rubber tape that is very thin and sometimes used on plumbing or air hose threaded connections). Anyone tried that?

Your Reomizer should have came with an oring to place in the bottom of the well to seal the atty off. I take an old carto condom and cut about a 1/8" off of it and use it to seal my RBA's. It works the best IMHO.
I wouldn't use thread tape. Might not be able to complete the circuit wrapping the threads with it.

The Reomizer is a regular Chinese atty that has been modded to be a RBA. Robert gave us a RBA that will work on our REO's. If he built it from the ground up, believe me it would be the best RBA around!

I have no trouble with leaking from around the threads where the top and bottom meet. I always make sure it is on tight as I can get it. It does seem to seal just fine.

Hello Mrsmith. is the rba perfect? certainly not. does it vape perfect? I think so. I have run into a few mods that will leak with the atomizer on it. I used a slightly thicker gasket under the atomizer and fixed the issue. 1.5mm X 10mm Metric Buna-N 70 O-ring

The only problem with using a thicker o ring is some people will over tighten the atomizer. When they try and remove it they will break one of the posts if they dont use the base to remove it . The key is if you use a thicker o ring dont over tighten the atty.

If you feel your threads are causing a leak use some vaseline on the threads. I am pretty sure a larger o ring will fix any leaking issues your having.
