I checked the payment system looks like the merchant account people did not do there job . I will be all over them first thing in the morning .

Glad to hear your mom is doing ok. I've know several other vendors that have had problems with website designers. What's worse is for the time you've been down they should have been able to completely redesigned the site from scratch and have an operation store front up and running.
