Request for a sticky?

This is in response to "TV just lost a customer." In his response, Geoff stated some of the things that could affect the flavor of the liquids. Perhaps he or someone in the mix team could post these in a sticky? It might help them cut down on all the calls from people complaining about their juice tasting bad. I didn't see anything like this in "FAQ" or "What to do if I think My juice Is Bad." I for one had no idea I had to shake up AC or any other liquid. vaping is relatively new, and while ECF is a good place to start, it might be helpful to TV and their customers if there was something that addressed these issues. Just trying to help out.

Thanks Geoff! Like I said, a lot of us just don't have a clue. I realize also that sometimes you may have to change vendors with the flavorings. Any info would be helpful to us. A certain vendor no longer carries cherry and you have to get it from someplace else? No problem. Just let us know. I know you and the team are busy as all get out filling orders. Running your own business is a big responsibility most of us can scarcely dream of. Just keep us up to date as much as humanly possible.
