... I keep hoping smok will get the memo and improve their production quality. It’s possible it’s starting to happen. ...
I dunno. There have been smok devices that have lasted. ...
Hope So(!!) coz looked at a lot of different pod systems before going with the Smok Nord. Part of the reasoning is coz Smok Nord has 1100 mAh power, seems to be the only pod brand/model that also offers accessories in pretty cool combinations, and all nicely priced. For example, you can get:
  • atomizer/coil 5-packs for around $10 in your choice of ohm ~ (0.6 Mesh, 0.8, 1.4, and Ceramic),
  • replacement pods with 2 coils (0.6 & 1.4 ohm), again nicely priced at around $10,
  • or a 3-pack of replacement pods.
Aspire is similar in terms of replacement pods & coils but don't think you can get different combinations as per above, all accesories are more expensive, and the battery is 1000 mAh.

Not to mention, the variety of products that use Nord coils. I can think of nine off the top of my head. Although, that means not a lot of effort goes to design, but with the throw everything against the wall and see what sticks approach, some ended up decent. And the coils will be around for a while too.

The battery in my Trinity alpha is definitely lost maH in the three months I've owned it, though. I suspect YDL or lower quality cells.

Off the top ofy head, the Nord, Nord aio 19, Nord aio 22, the replacements for the two aios, but I forget the designation, the n-priv, Trinity alpha, another pod mod, with a 4.2mL pod, forget the name of that one too, sorry, and the RPM40 was just announced. If smok is true to form, I'd expect another before the rpm launches.

:offtopic:
This is wildly off topic but I’ll try:

A used car? You bought More or less randomly?

Toyota has an excellent rep brand wise, but there will be variances. Model matters, Version matters, year matters, mileage matters, repair history matters. Did you get it looked at by a competent mechanic you trust before you bought it? The big question: why was the car being sold?

One rule of anything sold used: You are buying someone else’s problem.

Nothing is EVER sold used unless the seller has a reason to get rid of it. Very occasionally that reason is something innocuous like “I have to move” or “the owner died” Much much more commonly that something is it’s defective in some way and needs a repair expensive enough that the owner would rather just sell it. With a car the chances are extremely high that it will need something fixed. Possibly desperately. The vehicle needs to go to a mechanic you know will not cheat you (that bit is really important) and be gone through to find what if anything is wrong. This is where the trust thing comes in. A mechanic at that point COULD tell you it needs a bunch of stuff it actually doesn’t.
Can any type e-liquid (any ratio) go-bad in heat of 115 degrees quickly or slowly ?? It vaped well & tasted ok ..I grabbed my boulder rock pod & we were out half the day Yes'day it was 115 here & humidity was 10,000 it felt like was but i started feeling sick so i thought it was heat exposure but started thinking it could be my e-liq. 60/40 tob.+ menthol+ 12mg.
Fell asleep typing
I know some about lookin' for a car & finding faults but u never know, & a brand new car can be a lemon .. no I didn't get it checked out i looked it over best I could ...what I was really wanting to know are they easy to work on ?? ... I couldn't afford a new one ..my Acura I had the cadaletic converter caught on fire w/me in car & totaled it ...I had no choice to find another in a hurry so I can get-'round ...it had 1-owner a little ole' lady from Pasadena ! lol

Yep, Toyota Corolla's last a LONG TIME if they're taken care of (know from experience).

On another note kinda weird all the snaky twists & turns in this thread!!
I dislike the tube devices i've had no luck w/any of those so-far so I quit buying them & they require too much maintenance to me to mess/w, matter fact I jus' threw 1 away or my last 1 away for good ....& ..ty, ty for response hun, I can maintenance a car pretty well I've had many in over 25yrs but not enuff exp. to take motor apart & i don't change fluids, on way home I had the oil changed & all fluids checked & tires & air cked. ... &..Yes I know it was (off topic but it's explained in comment I made why was posted, sorry I won't rattle on about it, it's a jus' wanna & need to know question)

Yep. SMOK has always been good at filling the checkboxes for low prices. Now if only they had the functional warranty repair system your sheet assumed they must have.

Nice list. When you say "the replacements for the two aios" do you mean Smok is sunsetting the 19 & 22 and coming out with new ones soon? I'd like to get the AIO 19 for MTL, and use with Nord coils, but maybe they might release one with Air Flow control which would be perfect. Thanks Again!!

The priv-n19 has airflow control. Not sure bout the Smok vape pen Nord 19 or 22. Which seem to me to just be replacements in the line for the aio, but I could be wrong. Figuring out smok isn't worth it to me.
