I will start by saying that I am a huge fan of halo juice. I have likely vaped more halo than all other juices combined. However, this time they have left me with a real 'burnt juice' taste in my mouth. I placed a $60+ order monday evening. I was sent an email saying that my package had shipped less than 24 hours later. Three days later on Thursday, I checked me tracking only to find out that they had still not shipped it. It ended up being accepted by the post office late in the day on thursday. Their idea of "shipping" my package is to print a shipping label and sit on my package for 3 days. I am not that mad about the wait (though it does really sucks) I just don't being lied to and sitting here thinking that it is probably almost to my doorstep only to find out that it has not even shipped.

Expedient processing and shipping is one of the things that I have really liked about Halo in the past. I am not so sure anymore. I guess they can just no longer be my go to vendor when I want juice quickly. If I want to pay the premium for premium juice and don't mind waiting the better part of a week for it to ship, I might as well order from ...........

What you see when you track the package is not in Halo's hands. That's actually in the hands of USPS.
Once the product leaves Halo and goes into the hands of USPS, tracking updates are done by them.

So a tracking status reflecting that the only activity was a lable being created does not necessarily indicate Halo is sitting around with their thumbs in their butts.

I know what you're talking about and have dealt with the same, recently. It is not Halo's fault.

Of course I am going only by what limited information you have provided, so I could be misjudging your situation.

Not making excuses, but it could be that USPS never showed up to pick up the package at Halo. I'm pretty sure USPS is notified to pick up stuff electronically by a vendor printing a label.

Or they showed up to pick up other stuff and both of them missed the box.

Without knowing who's fault it really is, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, especially if they've been your go to vendor for quick delivery in the past. If it starts to happen repeatedly with them and no one else, then you've got decisions to make - vendor and shipper.

Everyone makes mistakes. Some more often than others. Keep the track record in mind.

They printed my label last Friday Morning.
Finally got my juice order yesterday.
I order 510 refills from Jet.
They're about 20 miles from Halo.
Always get here in 2-3 days.
Nicopure is right down the street from Halo.
They sent me a few free samples on Thursday.
Showed up in my mailbox, with the Halo order.
I'll just pay for Priority Mail in the future.
If shipping is going to be that slow.
Halo should do like Blu. Offer free slow shipping for every order.

I started with Halo 11 months ago. Still love their hardware and liquid, however, due to their poor order fulfillment department lately, Halo is no longer my only vendor. Currently liquid I ordered from one of my new alternate vendors a day after Halo's order will be in my mailbox tomorrow (Mon), my Halo order is still nowhere. Halo, your letting others win at least part of your loyal customers money due to your poor order fulfillment, come on there's plenty of qualified unemployed in NJ. Your letting your great products be overshadowed by something that's completely under your control. wise up and fix your order processing.

Hi All,

While everyone's situation is a little different I understand your frustration. We are still a bit behind with shipping due to the huge unexpected growth spurt we had (and are still having) and we are working on it it but I'll talk to the owners today to see if we can get this taken care of a little quicker. Thanks for everyone's patience as most of you have ordered from us prior to the last few weeks and realize that this is not normal for us and we really pride ourselves on our normally very quick and accurate shipping.

I am glad to hear it's temporary. I had the exact same thing happen with my recent order -- order didn't ship for several days. Halo has spoiled me over the years with instantaneous and usually same-day shipping!! So waiting several days for my order to actually leave the building was kind of a shock.

Thanks for listening, Cinder. :)

I just had my first slow Halo experience as well. Ordered last Wed morning, and I finally got the shipping email today.

If they are backed up due to to recent new items and basic brand 'relaunch', they should have a delayed processing message or something to give us a heads up. Those of us that use Halo frequently are pretty spoiled with the normally fast turnaround, which is one of the reasons we use Halo in the first place.

I am in no way complaining, I like the company. But my temperament might be different if the order I placed was for juice, and I was running low. Fortunately though it was just to try out a few of the mini clearo's.

It may just not be updated yet, sometimes it take a day or even two for USPS to update.

Anyone else getting a strange message when trying to check their tracking number? I put mine into USPS and it says that my order cannot be tracked from this website, and then something about a return label??

We are working on getting everything back to our normally very quick shipping time. We have made a few changes so hopefully this week we will be closer to back on track! Unfortunately the shipping confirmation emails are automatically generated when we print the shipping label which was fine when we were consistently shipping the same day but now that we are a day or two behind it is causing a bit of (understandable) confusion. Learning curve! :) As I have mentioned before this much of a growth spurt was not quite expected but is very much appreciated! We really appreciate everyone's patience and I personally really appreciate that for every one person that is not quite so understanding about a delay there are many more people that are understanding and help me calm the frustration :)

If you're always a day or two behind, you need to hire more people and/or fix your fulfillment process. Usually, I'm not very tolerant of a company that's aware of a problem and doesn't resolve it quickly. My tendency is to take my business elsewhere. You should know well that once you lose a customer, it's very hard to get them back, and that bad experiences are usually well-documented on forums like this one and could scare away other potential customers. Fortunately for you, no one else sells Sub-Zero. :)

Hi John,

Not always! :) As a few people have mentioned this has only been an issue in the last few weeks as we normally have very quick shipping. We are in the process of hiring for both the shipping and customer service departments but it does take some time to get people trained.
