I placed an order late Friday evening the 2nd of August, got the email saying that it was shipped (on Saturday), checked the tracking number and it says "electronic shipping info received" (as of today the 7th) ....then I checked my order again on the Halo website (Order#500045084) and it says "processing" . . .
WHAT THE HELL????
WHY ARE YOU SITTING ON MY ORDER?
Sure it's only 2 SAMPLE BOTTLES but if it hasn't already shipped (I mean ACTUALLY shipped) this will be the LAST time I do business with your company!
I tried to send an email via your website but the thing just hangs there like there is a bug on the site....so here it is...

still doesn't solve my problem, why provide a tracking number when you can't use it to find where the order is. All my other shipments that go first class and have the tracking number have actually been trackable...cept this one......again FIX THIS!
