Have you seen this info on the home page:

I'm very sorry for the difficulties you may be experiencing in accessing the forum currently. This is due to unprecedented number of visitors to ECF over the past couple of weeks.
We are currently testing our new server and hope to have it all up and running in the next couple of days - so with any luck normal service will resume shortly.

Though I have to admit, last night getting 'server too busy' mid post was a wee bit frustrating.

But I've gotten very little in life as good as this site for free.

98% of my e-cig experience is due to this site. I quit smoking due to this, and my wife is close (down to 2 analogs a day). Due to all my purchases, I haven't saved any money yet, but I will. Thanks to this site. Pretty easy to toss a double-sawbuck their way.

I am looking into supporting myself. I probably would have bought a PV despite ever finding this site, but if I have, I probably would have been severely ripped off and not nearly as satisfied with the product. I probably will once I deposit my next check.

I would like to continue to surf the forums without the error. I would like as well to point more people here and that won't help the server as long as it is now. Simply put, even without the common interest, I enjoy the community itself.

Life's far too short to get upset over a busy server. NOT that I haven't been a tad frustrating when wanting to respond to something or read what I thought was an important thread. But ...

I just open another tab and check something else out on the net (or calculate vape vs. analog savings, et cetera!) until our brave little server is back into "I Know I Can" mode

i supported shortly after my switch to E-cigs i found the info here to be most helpful other wise i would have not switched and ultimately quit. i started vaping with a KR-808 or smoke everywhere it was crappy and expensive and found this forum and my 901 which took me off analogs and then i was off the nic and now nothing at all. so i support the forum and it's members to the best of my ability here both has a moderator and Ex-vaper.

If you just pushed the donate button at the bottom it won't mark you as a supporting member.. if you picked from the drop down either 2.00 month or 20 lump that should have automatically put supporting member under your name

Shouldn't take too long after donation.... once payment is processed and confirmed, SJ will adjust your status (be gentle on our fearless leader, all his efforts at the moment are being contributer to a new server integration and updated forum format).

If you haven't seen a status change after a week of your payment, perhaps you could send a PM or email to SJ and inquire.

SJ got my paypal subscription the day I recieved my 510! Ive been on other sites but none have an informative and supportive bunch like you guys! Too bad he doesnt have the option to give more - he deserves it.

I run/host/design/maintain websites/ASP's for a living - and believe me, it isnt as easy as it looks to maintain/police/upgrade/secure/babysit and have good content, members and net presence.

There is no hats-off emoticon - sorry! I would put one if I could.

Since the ECF is mostly responsible for my transition to e-cigs, I figured giving a couple bucks a month was the least I could do.

Besides, I'm a sucker for custom forum titles.
