Returning vaper looking for better MTL experience

Hi fam, I'm back after more than a handful of years. Fell off the wagon about 1.5 years ago and finally kicked the cigs again. It's been 3 years or so since I vaped and the tech has changed a bit. I'm currently using a Caliburn G2 which I like minus needing to charge multiple times. I used to be a cloud chaser but prefer not to go down that route again since MTL is working fine for now. Looking to get up to speed on the current offerings.

Things I like:
Replaceable 18650's (mostly for longer device life and the ability to pop in a fresh cell during travel)
Small profile (The Caliburn shines here, I used to carry some clunky gear but prefer not to go that route again)
Adjustable airflow
Long lasting coils (possibly open to rebuildables since I still have a ton of Kanthal) The G2 coils last me around a week. Feels a bit short, maybe the larger coils have longer lifespan?
3+ mil tank would be ideal
Currently enjoying the G2's no need to fire the button, just draw to vape. Not a deal breaker however.
All day on a singe charge/cell.

Things I don't want any part of:
Gurgling, spitting, leaking or constantly needing to dial it in to avoid it. Just can't be bothered with that nonsense.
Pocket firing mods or mods that need to be turned off to avoid. I've done my time there.
Delicate mods, Yeah, I drop my gear or it falls out of a hoodie pocket occasionally.

I dunno, maybe the G2 is best for me and I should just get used to the short coil and battery life.
I've seen some others suggest the Aspire Zelos X. How's that one for MTL?
The smok RPM 5 Pro Pod Mod Kit seems to tick most of the boxes. My concerns is that it'll be more of a DL unit with it's sub-ohm coil offerings and higher wattage.

Appreciate the input and happy to back or at least away from the stinkies.

Get yourself an Aspire Mixx, and a Kayfun X, this will fix everything, Or you can head down the AIO rabbit hole and grab a Cthulhu AIO, the RBA deck it comes with provides superb flavour, the boro holds 8 ml of juice.
I’m actually selling the Delrin version, best of luck in your journey

I started vaping about 20 years ago and have been a MTL vaper since I quit the smokes. I liked the Kayfun MTL atties and still the Kayfun is my go-to vape. Being able to sneak a hit or two in public is a plus. I've accumulated quite a few atties of all kinds, mostly because of the possibility that government might outlaw vaping, but that never happened.

you can reuse your old mod, nothing has changed much in that period. If you have a tank with a kayfun type build deck use that

the tank im using is 6+ year old design

All that has changed is the popularity of pods, tanks have gotten bigger/heavier and replaceable coils are popular

Honestly, I think if you put a vivi nova on a current (past 5 year) mod it would be good
