Reuleaux Rx200. How hard can it actually hit?

I'm very interesting in picking one of these bad boys out. But im curious as to how much voltage it can put out. My ipv3 is apparently a 200 watt device but can only reach 7.5 volts. And so far I've only been able to max out one of my builds at 160 watts. Id like to hear from everyone who owns one. Crank up your wattage and tell me how many volts it can hit with a built atomizer.

I understand its a 3 cell device, but I cannot find anywere on the internet about max voltage output. Ive even checked wismecs description of this device and it does not state the max voltage.

Checked Dirk Oberhaus' test and it seems that 9v is the maximum voltage.
