Yes I would prefer the brass flat top button but would also be happy with the rounded brass button

My favorite buttons are the brass ones with the aluminum rings, whether gnurled or smooth, if anyone cares! I would get replace of all the low throw ones in a heartbeat!

Im in for a couple w/fright and like Ripp said with the knurled aluminum ring. Just so I can put it on the middle one pictured

I use my shirt and some spit to clean the contact and the post (and I need to every so often fwiw) and it seems to work for me!!!

Heheheheheh ! me as well ,and I have a habit that sends my wife up the wall................................I sit down and puff away and rub the GG up and down my jumper/t shirt to give it a good polish.
